The Lally Lock Column System consists of the following:

1.   3.5 inch concrete encased   
   steel column

2.  Top Plate:  Steel plate with 
     Restraint screw

3.  Bottom Plate
    Option of 2 Styles:

    A. Bottom Plate with    
        restraint screw

    B.  3 inch Adjustable base
